Thankful Hearts
Do you ever feel like you have everything together? As if there is nothing left to clean, buy, wash, put away, etc. Contentment is a very tricky thing, but I do believe we can find it daily.
As I look around I am reminded that everything I truly need God has provided above and beyond. Most of it I did not ask for specifically, and yet my Father in heaven chose to provide it for me anyway.
I am choosing to have a thankful heart. Thankful for all that I have, and I am choosing to be thankful for all that I do not have. My Father knows what I need before I even say the words. I am choosing to trust Him and His plan for my life.
Please join me in looking for ways to be a blessing to the people around us and spend time thanking God for Who He is and all He has done!
"Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him and praise His name. For Yahweh is good, and His love is eternal; His faithfulness endures through all generations." (Psalms 100:4-5)
